Salary Range: $70,000 - $104,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize existing manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
• Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes, equipment, and production methods.
• Troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues, deviations, and production bottlenecks.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including SOPs and specifications.
• Analyze process data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process improvements and new product introductions.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or a related engineering field.
• Proven experience in process optimization, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Proficiency in data analysis and statistical process control (SPC) for manufacturing processes.
• Experience with process design, scale-up, and commissioning of manufacturing equipment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing safety protocols and quality systems (e.g., ISO, GMP).
• Ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement effective corrective actions.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with process simulation software (e.g., ASPEN, HYSYS) or advanced statistical analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
• Experience implementing automation solutions (PLC, SCADA) or Industry 4.0 technologies
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for process layout and equipment design
