Oversee content production from a project management standpoint, ensuring deliverables move efficiently from concept through final delivery. Provide thoughtful feedback on UGC, video, static ads, and written content while ensuring all outputs meet brand standards and quality expectations.

Own Performance and Optimization
Analyze campaign performance to understand what’s working and where to improve. Use data and insights to guide creative iterations, optimize advertorial content, and improve conversion rates while helping brands achieve revenue and growth goals.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally to Deliver Results
Work closely with Content Strategists and cross-functional teams to align on creative direction, performance insights, and campaign execution. Maintain consistent communication with brands through meetings and Slack to ensure alignment and momentum.
