Job Summary: Make quality molded parts. Label bins of parts per the BES ISO standards. Maintaining a clean, safe work area.

Essential Duties, Responsibilities and Job Requirements:

• Assures product is molded in a timely manner by following the schedule and lot sheets as assigned
• Maintains quality molded parts through inspect. Will report sub quality parts to the shift supervisor
• Reports machine or robot issues to the shift supervisor
• Follows all BES ISO procedures
• Assists in mold changes through the empting of grinders, the vacating of old product, and setting up the work station for the next run
• Completes paperwork as required
• Actively participates in continuous improvements within the molding department.
• Works in a safe manner following the BES safety policy
• Maintains a clean and organized work area
• Monitors and reports scrap to the shift supervisor
• Assists in minor mold setups

• Demonstrated great attitude, exceptional attendance, and initiative
• Organized, reliable, detail oriented, able to multi-task, and work effectively in a team.
• Good organizational skills with focus on accuracy
• Quick learner and independent decision maker
• Continuous improvement orientated

Education Requirements: None

Physical Requirements: Prolonged standing and walking. Some lifting (not to exceed 50 lbs.) is required. Some daily computer work is required.
