Residential HVAC Installation Manager

Full-Time | $80,000-$110,000 Base + Performance Bonus

Precision Plumbing & Heating Systems is seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Installation Manager to lead and oversee residential new construction HVAC projects throughout northwest Michigan. This role is ideal for a driven HVAC leader with strong scheduling, field management, builder coordination, and operational expertise who can successfully guide projects from planning through completion while maintaining exceptional standards for quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
Manage residential HVAC installation projects from start to finish; develop and maintain project schedules; coordinate with builders, homeowners, vendors, and internal teams; review blueprints, specifications, and contracts; oversee labor performance, job costing, and budgets; conduct site visits to ensure safety and installation quality; maintain project profitability; serve as the primary liaison between field teams and builders; and ensure smooth project execution from estimate to installation completion.

Qualifications
Construction or HVAC project management experience required; residential HVAC installation leadership strongly preferred; strong scheduling and coordination skills; blueprint and construction document proficiency; budgeting and labor management expertise; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; strong communication with builders, clients, and field teams; ServiceTitan or construction software experience preferred; degree in project management or equivalent field experience; and the ability to quickly adapt to project or scheduling changes.
