Salary Range: $67,000 - $101,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
• Troubleshoot and resolve process-related production issues and deviations.
• Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including work instructions and P&IDs.
• Monitor key process performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure all processes comply with safety, environmental, and quality regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process development and improvement projects.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 3-5 years of process engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in process optimization techniques, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis and data interpretation.
• Familiarity with process control systems (DCS/PLC) and process simulation software.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Proficiency with advanced process simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS/Plus) or statistical programming languages (e.g., Python, R).
• Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) integration.
• Fluency in a second language relevant to global operations or local workforce.
