Salary Range: $98,000 - $145,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain critical IT infrastructure and operational technology (OT) systems supporting manufacturing operations.
• Oversee the implementation, integration, and support of manufacturing execution systems (MES), ERP, and industrial control systems (ICS).
• Develop and enforce robust cybersecurity strategies to protect production networks, intellectual property, and sensitive operational data.
• Lead IT project initiatives focused on digital transformation, automation, and efficiency improvements on the shop floor.
• Provide high-level technical support and ensure maximum uptime for all IT and OT systems to minimize production disruptions.
• Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans specifically tailored for manufacturing IT/OT environments.
• Manage IT budget, vendor relationships, and negotiate contracts for hardware, software, and services critical to manufacturing operations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience leading IT operations and infrastructure specifically within a manufacturing setting.
• Demonstrated expertise with manufacturing-specific systems such as ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle), MES, SCADA, and IoT solutions.
• Strong leadership, team management, and project management skills, including budget oversight and vendor relations.
• Ability to develop and execute IT strategies that support manufacturing efficiency, innovation, and digital transformation goals.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and compliance requirements relevant to industrial control systems and data integrity.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Operational Technology (OT) and Industrial Control Systems (ICS).
• Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or ERP systems commonly used in production environments.
• Knowledge of Industry 4.0 principles, Industrial IoT (IIoT), or smart factory initiatives.
• Understanding of lean manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies.
