Job Description:

As a Sales and Design Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, offering expert design advice, and guiding them through the selection and purchase process. Your goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by delivering personalized solutions that meet their design and budget requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers in-store, over the phone, and via email to understand their needs and preferences.
• Present and explain product options, including materials, colors, patterns, and finishes.
• Provide detailed quotes and assist customers with purchase decisions.
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and sales opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.

Design Consultation:

• Offer expert design advice to customers, helping them to visualize and plan their projects.
• Create design layouts and mood boards using design software or hand sketches.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and best practices to provide informed recommendations.

Product Knowledge & Inventory Management:

• Maintain a thorough understanding of all products and services offered.
• Keep the showroom organized and visually appealing, updating displays as needed.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manage inventory to ensure product availability.

Collaboration & Teamwork:

• Work closely with the sales and design team to share insights and develop strategies.
• Coordinate with installers and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the home improvement, interior design, or construction industry.
• Strong design skills with a good eye for color, texture, and spatial arrangement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in design software is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
• Customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
