Machinist
- Set up and operate mills to machine parts to specified dimensions.
- Read and interpret blueprints and sketches.
- Assure that material to be machined is correct for the job.
- Select and use appropriate tooling and fixturing for the job..
- Program and/or operate machine at proper speeds and feeds for material being machined.
- Inspect parts during and after machining to ensure accuracy using precision measuring instruments.
- Assist in training personnel when appropriate including machine, job, fixture, and part specific issues as they arise on a day to day basis.

- A minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
- A minimum of 2+ years experience in CNC machining - majority experience on lathes.
- Competence in shop math, to include trigonometry.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and GD&T.
- Ability to work with minimum tolerances of .0005".
- Basic computer skills preferred.
- Basic tool requirement.
- Willingness and ability to work off-shift schedules as needed.
- Lift, push, and pull up 35 to 50 lbs. occasionally.
- Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting.
- Walk for extended periods of time.
- May work in seated or standing positions for prolonged periods of time, perform sustained manual activities at low to moderate levels of exertion.
- Must be able to access and navigate within each department at the organization's facilities (i.e. climb stairs, ladders, etc.)
- First Shift - for training: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, then could move to an off-shift
- Second Shift 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Monday - Friday + 7% Shift Premium
- Third Shift 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM, Sunday - Thursday + 5% Shift Premium
