As a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative you will be the face of our company, ensuring that our clients receive top-notch support and assistance for their insurance needs.

Right now, we are looking for a candidate to join our team of insurance professionals to service our customers by helping them protect their homes, cars, and lives. Your role will involve responding to client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing expert guidance on insurance policies and claims procedures. No sales, this is a customer service role.
Job Responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative
- Provide exceptional customer service to our policyholders, addressing their inquiries and requests promptly and accurately.
- Assist clients in understanding their insurance policies, explaining coverage details, and answering any questions they may have.
- Process policy changes and endorsements with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Build and maintain relationships with our policyholders, demonstrating empathy, patience, and professionalism at all times.
- Assist in customer claims processing and resolution.
Job Requirements of a Customer Service Representative
- Excellent verbal and written communication/interpersonal skills.
- Property & Casualty License or be willing to obtain insurance license quickly.
- Dependable, honest, and hardworking.
- Straight-forward communicator with empathy and compassion.
- Ability to work independently and as a team member.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
- Passionate about relationship building, genuinely caring and driven to fulfill customers’ needs.
