Caregiver – Waterford, MI Opportunity

CareOne Senior Care is seeking a compassionate and reliable caregiver for a part-time position supporting a client in the Waterford area. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys providing one-on-one care in a structured environment.

Schedule

• Monday–Sunday

• 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

• 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Consistent shifts available for dependable caregivers.

Position Overview

The caregiver will provide companionship and daily support to a client who benefits from routine, structure, and assistance with everyday tasks. This is a one-on-one care assignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Assist with light housekeeping and laundry

• Prepare meals as needed

• Support with daily routines and activities

• Assist with transportation when required

• Maintain a safe and supportive environment

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Valid driver’s license required (must be comfortable driving client’s vehicle if needed)

• Reliable transportation and active auto insurance

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

• Ability to follow care plans and instructions

• Physically able to assist with light activity (up to 25 lbs)

• Must pass background screening

• TB test required (can be completed after hire)

• Reliable phone for scheduling and communication

Compensation & Benefits

• $14–$16/hour (up to $20/hour for specialty cases)

• Next-day pay option available

• $150 referral bonus (no limit)
