Home Health Physical Therapist, Part Time $10,000 Bonus (Hiring Immediately)

In partnership with Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital, Mary Free Bed at Home is an accredited recognized leader in home health. We deliver industry-leading therapy and nursing expertise and services that exceed national benchmarks throughout the West Michigan service area.

This part-time position supports patients in Big Rapids and surrounding areas and is eligible for $10,000 total bonus potential, including a $5,000 first year success bonus to reward the accomplishment of key achievements during your first year as well as an additional $5,000 sign-on bonus.

We are looking for compassionate physical therapists with:

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college required
• Licensed Physical Therapist issued by the state in which you will be working.
• Minimum of one year healthcare experience
• Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations
• A commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting 
• The skills needed to self-manage your time and schedule 
• Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software
