Production Worker - All Shifts

Howmet Aerospace is a leading global manufacturer of advanced engineered solutions for the aerospace and transportation industries. We’re hiring Production Workers to join our manufacturing team. What You’ll Do:

• You will perform a variety of “hands-on” operations in accordance with standardized processes within customer specifications
• Follow safety procedures, quality standards, and work instructions
• Operate production equipment (training provided)
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals

Hourly Pay: $25.27

Available Shifts:

• 1st Shift - 6:45AM – 2:45PM
• 2nd Shift - 2:45PM – 10:45PM
• 3rd Shift - 10:45PM – 6:45PM
• Weekend Crew - Fri/Sat/Sun or Sat/Sun/Mon – 6:45AM – 6:45PM, 6:45PM – 6:45AM, 10:45AM – 10:45PM, 10:45PM – 10:45AM

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of work experience; Limited or no manufacturing experience required – we will train you
• Ability to work any shift (afternoons, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed)
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
• Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, industrial environment
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
