Shipping and Receiving Clerk Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $19.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm )

• Process shipments using the ERP system and generate all necessary shipping documents according to established policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with shipping partners to arrange the timely pick-up of finished goods.
• Coordinate arrangements for international shipments as well as local Outside Processing shipments.
• Create essential documentation including Bills of Lading, packing slips, and Customs documentation for outgoing materials using our ERP System.
• Operate forklifts (sit-down), pallet jacks, or hand trucks to efficiently prepare and stage materials for shipping.

Shipping and Receiving Clerk Qualifications:

• Proficiency in general shipping and receiving processes.
• Experience operating a sit-down forklift.
• Familiarity and practical experience with ERP systems for shipping documentation and inventory management
