Salary Range: $70,000 - $109,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain critical IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and production systems (e.g., MES, SCADA).
• Ensure high availability and performance of manufacturing-specific applications and operational technology (OT) systems.
• Implement and enforce cybersecurity measures for IT and OT environments to protect against threats.
• Perform regular data backups, disaster recovery planning, and system restoration procedures.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues across the plant floor and office.
• Administer network devices, firewalls, and wireless infrastructure to support secure and reliable connectivity.
• Monitor system performance, logs, and alerts to proactively identify and resolve potential issues.

Recommended Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and robust network infrastructure management.
• Proven ability to support Operational Technology (OT) systems, including PLCs, SCADA, and MES, within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding and implementation experience with IT security best practices, data backup, and disaster recovery solutions.
• Demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting complex hardware and software issues with a focus on minimizing production downtime.
• Familiarity with manufacturing-specific applications and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), SCADA, or PLC integration.
• Understanding of Operational Technology (OT) networks and industrial control systems cybersecurity.
• Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle in a manufacturing context.
• Knowledge of GxP, ISO, or other regulatory compliance frameworks relevant to manufacturing.
