Salary Range: $52,000 - $79,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues in office and manufacturing environments.
• Diagnose and resolve problems with specialized manufacturing software, industrial PCs, and shop floor IT equipment.
• Log, track, and prioritize help desk tickets, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication with users.
• Perform setup, configuration, and maintenance of workstations, printers, and other IT peripherals.
• Collaborate with IT and Operations Technology (OT) teams to escalate and resolve complex issues impacting production systems.
• Maintain accurate inventory of IT assets and assist with basic IT procurement tasks.
• Assist users with account management, password resets, and basic security inquiries.

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting skills for IT hardware, software, and basic network connectivity.
• Experience supporting manufacturing-specific applications (e.g., ERP, MES, SCADA).
• Familiarity with industrial IT hardware and shop floor equipment (e.g., barcode scanners, ruggedized tablets).
• Ability to prioritize and resolve technical issues efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
• Proficiency with IT ticketing systems and meticulous documentation practices.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience supporting manufacturing execution systems (MES) or SCADA.
• Familiarity with industrial hardware such as barcode scanners, label printers, or shop floor terminals.
• Basic understanding of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) or industrial control systems.
• Prior experience working in a production or factory floor environment.
• Knowledge of common ERP systems used in manufacturing (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
