Salary Range: $137,000 - $188,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Direct all daily plant operations to ensure production targets are met efficiently.
• Develop and manage plant budgets, optimizing costs and resource allocation.
• Implement and enforce robust safety protocols and quality control standards.
• Lead, mentor, and develop plant staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in efficiency, productivity, and waste reduction.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and company policies.
• Oversee maintenance and upkeep of plant machinery and facilities.

Recommended Qualifications

• Extensive experience (8+ years) in manufacturing operations management, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in driving operational efficiency, cost reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Strong leadership and team development skills, with the ability to motivate, mentor, and manage a diverse workforce.
• Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing processes, quality systems (e.g., ISO), safety regulations (OSHA), and production planning.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related technical field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Experience leading advanced automation or Industry 4.0 initiatives.
• Proven track record in successful change management initiatives.
• MBA or Master's degree in a related technical or business field.
