Responsibilities What You'll Do
As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide exceptional patient care by:
  • Implementing individualized treatment plans.
  • Guiding patients through therapeutic exercise and functional activities.
  • Providing balance, orthopedic, sports, and post-surgical rehabilitation.
  • Monitoring patient progress and communicating findings with the supervising Physical Therapist.
  • Documenting patient care accurately and efficiently.
  • Encouraging and motivating patients throughout their rehabilitation journey.
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional treatment environment.

Required Skills Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
  • Current Michigan PTA license.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A positive attitude and commitment to outstanding patient care.
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply.
