HIRING: Occupational Therapist Assistant
We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our growing home health care team. In this role, you will work directly with patients in their homes, helping them regain independence, improve mobility, and enhance their overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
- Implement individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve their functional goals.
- Educate patients and their families on home safety, adaptive equipment, and therapeutic exercises.
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and continuous care.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Active Occupational Therapy license in the State of Michigan
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience specifically in a Home Health setting is required
- Valid driver’s license and a reliable transportation
- Strong communication, time-management, and interpersonal skills

Rates: Based on experience
