Porter/Groundskeeper – Belleville, MI ($16/hour | M–F 8AM–5PM)

Looking to start work ASAP? BGSF is hiring a Porter/Groundskeeper in Belleville, MI! If you enjoy working outdoors, keeping properties clean and welcoming, and being part of a supportive team—this is the opportunity for you!

Job Description:

• Maintain cleanliness of grounds, common areas, and amenities
• Remove trash and debris from property
• Assist with light maintenance tasks as needed
• Support maintenance team with unit turns and work orders
• Ensure property is safe and presentable for residents and guests

Requirements:

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Previous groundskeeping or janitorial experience preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Available to start immediately
