Salary Range: $92,000 - $139,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with industry standards.
• Lead internal and external quality audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.
• Manage non-conformance processes, root cause analysis, and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, process efficiency, and reduce waste.
• Oversee supplier quality management, including qualification, performance monitoring, and issue resolution.
• Analyze quality data, metrics, and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement proactive solutions.
• Ensure all manufactured products meet specified quality standards and customer expectations prior to release.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in implementing and maintaining Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
• Proficiency in quality methodologies and tools such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, SPC, and FMEA.
• Proven leadership abilities in managing quality teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Bonus Qualifications

• Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Proficiency in advanced statistical software (e.g., Minitab, R, Python) for data analysis
• Experience with AI/ML applications in quality control or predictive maintenance
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
