Job Description:
Lead the development and execution of creator and influencer engagement strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and cultural relevance through impactful storytelling.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute integrated creator engagement strategies aligned with marketing and communications goals
• Identify opportunities to connect brands with cultural trends, creators, and emerging platforms
• Build and manage relationships with creators, talent agencies, and influencer partners
• Lead end-to-end execution of creator-led campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand standards
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to amplify creator content across channels
• Track campaign performance and analyze engagement, reach, and ROI metrics
• Present insights and optimization recommendations to stakeholders
• Stay current on creator economy trends, platforms, and emerging technologies

Requirements:

• Must-Haves:
  • 8 years of experience in creator engagement, influencer marketing, or brand communications
  • Proven experience developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and project leadership experience
  • Expertise in social media platforms, content strategy, and influencer ecosystems
  • Experience measuring campaign performance and optimizing based on analytics
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
• Nice-to-Haves:
  • Experience in cultural marketing, brand storytelling, or talent partnerships
  • Background working with large-scale, multi-brand organizations
  • Familiarity with influencer management tools and emerging digital technologies
  • Advanced degree in a related field
