Summary of Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure the operational efficiency and safety of facilities and machinery by performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical/electrical systems, and executing repairs.
Essential Duties:
- Monitor, maintain, and perform standard repairs and maintenance on production equipment, including motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, hydraulics, process pumps, boilers, chillers, and other assigned general maintenance duties.
- Assess and resolve a wide range of on-site maintenance issues.
- Perform preventative maintenance on company-owned tools and equipment.
- Read, interpret, and implement work orders.
- Acquire the necessary materials to complete repairs and work orders.
- Document equipment requirements and maintain appropriate records of work performed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED; Technical school or Certifications are highly preferred. Previous experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to perform the essential job functions consistently, safely, and successfully with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
- Must be able to use hands and fingers, talk, listen, and speak clearly.
- Must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
