Remote Business Intelligence Analyst

GRT Financial is a dynamic and growing company that assists clients with their debt settlement programs. We are a licensed debt settlement company focused on providing cost-effective representation to clients seeking to negotiate the reduction of unsecured debt.
As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will transform complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions, optimize processes, and support organizational growth.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
· BI Platform Expertise: Leverage expertise in Business Intelligence (BI) platforms, primarily Domo, for data analysis, visualization, and strategic reporting.
· Data Analysis: Utilize advanced analytical techniques to extract, clean, and analyze large, complex datasets. This includes performing in-depth analysis to identify key insights and actionable recommendations for process improvements, cost reductions, and revenue optimization.
· Reporting and Visualization: Develop, implement, and maintain dynamic, interactive dashboards and reports in Domo to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders across all departments.
· Data Management & Governance: Develop and maintain data pipelines, data sources, and databases in coordination with the Domo platform to ensure data accuracy, accessibility, and security.
· Data Integration: Integrate diverse and disparate data sources into the Domo platform, ensuring data consistency and reliability for enterprise-wide use.
· Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with managers and the executive team to influence strategic decisions and solution development, translating complex data and relationships into clear, concise charts and visualizations.
· Process Improvement: Analyze data to identify areas of improvement or insights which drive actions to advance organizational objectives.
Required Skills & Abilities:
· Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in data analytics or process improvement.
· Technical Proficiency:
o Advanced knowledge of database concepts and SQL.
o Proven ability in data analytics, data modeling, data warehousing concepts, and business intelligence.
o Experience deploying and working with diverse data environments.
o Proven ability to apply industry-leading analytics approaches and tools to transform data into insights.
o Strong preference for 3+ years of experience utilizing a major Business Intelligence platform like Domo, Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik for data analysis and reporting.
o Proven experience creating and managing dashboards, visualizations, and data pipelines (ETL/ELT) within a major BI tool (Domo experience is highly desired).
· Analytical Skills: Ability to synthesize complex data from multiple, disparate sources to present analysis and relevant insights.
· Interpersonal & Organizational Skills:
o Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a focus on data storytelling to drive action.
o Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
o Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
o Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
o Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
Education & Experience:
· Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in relevant fields (Finance, Information Systems, Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, etc.)
· Financial Services experience is preferred.

Anticipated start date: 01/05/2026
Full time; Exempt role; Weekly Pay
Annual salary range: $95,000 - $105,000.
Schedule: Monday - Friday (9:00am-5:30pm EST)
