Salary Range: $126,000 - $176,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Direct all manufacturing operations, including production, quality control, and supply chain management.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve production targets, operational efficiency, and business growth.
• Manage the facility's profit and loss (P&L) statement, budget, and financial performance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team across all functional departments.
• Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, lean manufacturing principles, and process optimization efforts.
• Oversee capital expenditure projects, facility maintenance, and resource allocation.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven leadership and operational management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong financial acumen with demonstrated P&L responsibility and budget management.
• Extensive knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and quality management systems (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma).
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve operational and business growth objectives.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Demonstrated experience leading digital transformation or Industry 4.0 initiatives
• Proven success in market expansion or new product introduction (NPI) leadership
• Fluency in a second language relevant to global operations or customer base
