Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute validation protocols for manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Perform IQ, OQ, and PQ (Installation, Operational, and Performance Qualification) activities.
• Document all validation activities, deviations, and results in comprehensive reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance) to ensure successful validation.
• Identify and assess risks associated with manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Maintain and update validation documentation and records.
• Support change control processes by assessing the validation impact of proposed changes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve validation-related issues.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical) or related field.
• Proven experience in the validation of manufacturing processes, equipment, or systems.
• Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, ISO).
• Proficiency in developing and executing validation protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ).
• Experience with data analysis, statistical methods, and report writing.
• Familiarity with change control procedures and deviation management.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with statistical process control (SPC) software.
• - Familiarity with good automated manufacturing practices (GAMP 5).
• - Knowledge of Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing principles.
• - Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, VBA) for test automation.
• - Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Minitab, Tableau).
