Salary Range: $99,000 - $146,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Manage procurement processes, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and vendor relationship management.
• Oversee inventory control and management systems to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize obsolescence.
• Direct logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and distribution, for timely material flow.
• Collaborate with production and sales teams to align supply chain activities with manufacturing schedules and customer demand.
• Monitor supply chain performance metrics (KPIs) and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, ensuring continuity of supply for critical components.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience (5+ years) in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Expertise in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain planning software.
• Strong strategic sourcing, vendor management, and negotiation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, inventory optimization, and lean principles.
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CSCP, CPIM).

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Experience with advanced planning and scheduling (APS) software
• PMP certification or demonstrated experience leading complex supply chain projects
• Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• International sourcing and logistics experience
