OCI Application Integration Lead
Position Overview
Dhaka Technologies Limited is seeking a highly experienced OCI Application Integration Lead to support complex application analysis, enterprise system integration, requirements definition, solution design, testing, risk mitigation, and technical implementation planning for one of its clients.
The selected candidate will collaborate with internal customers, business leaders, technical teams, and project stakeholders to define business requirements, establish system goals, resolve complex application issues, and design integrated solutions that support a seamless IT ecosystem. This role requires senior-level experience in systems analysis, application design, integration, database environments, project implementation support, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead collaboration with internal customers to define complex business requirements, system goals, and solution objectives.
- Analyze the efficiency, performance, and business alignment of existing systems.
- Develop strategies for system upgrades, enhancements, integrations, and modernization.
- Design, configure, integrate, and support enterprise applications across a complex IT ecosystem.
- Resolve complex application issues involving multiple systems, business processes, dependencies, and stakeholders.
- Create and maintain programs, web services, stored procedures, integration components, and related technical assets.
- Lead or coordinate user acceptance testing, including planning, execution, defect resolution, and stakeholder sign-off.
- Develop and deliver end-user training, system documentation, process documentation, and implementation support materials.
- Conduct cost-benefit analysis, ROI analysis, and impact assessments to support management decision-making.
- Identify risks, dependencies, conflicts, and integration challenges between systems and business processes.
- Provide conflict resolution recommendations and mitigation strategies for technical and business process risks.
- Develop prototypes, mockups, design concepts, and system models for project user groups.
- Manage or support large-scale database environments for web-based systems.
- Lead application integration design, including cloud-based integration patterns, data flows, APIs, and system interfaces.
- Coordinate with developers, database administrators, infrastructure teams, security teams, business users, and project managers.
- Provide technical guidance and review solution designs for quality, scalability, maintainability, and alignment with business goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related technical discipline.
- 8-12+ years of progressive experience as an Information Systems Analyst, Systems Analyst, Application Analyst, Computer Specialist, Application Integration Analyst, or similar role.
- 7+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure integration development and design.
- Strong experience defining business requirements, system goals, functional specifications, and technical solution requirements.
- Strong experience analyzing existing systems and recommending upgrades, enhancements, integrations, or modernization strategies.
- Experience designing, configuring, integrating, and supporting enterprise applications.
- Experience developing and maintaining programs using common languages, web services, stored procedures, and related integration components.
- Experience coordinating and performing user acceptance testing.
- Experience developing training materials and providing training to end users.
- Experience conducting cost-benefit analysis, ROI analysis, risk analysis, and implementation impact assessments.
- Experience identifying dependencies and risks between systems and business processes.
- Experience developing prototypes, mockups, and user-facing design concepts.
- Experience supporting or managing large-scale database environments for web-based systems.
- Strong understanding of application integration, APIs, data flows, cloud services, and enterprise IT architecture.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related technical discipline.
- Experience serving as a technical lead, senior analyst, or integration lead on enterprise application projects.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure architecture, integration services, identity/access patterns, data integration, and cloud deployment practices.
- Experience supporting large-scale modernization or digital transformation programs.
- Experience with project management support, implementation planning, release coordination, and operational readiness.
- Experience working in highly regulated, public-sector, utility, infrastructure, or enterprise technology environments.
