Key Responsibilities

• Analyze production costs, variances, and efficiency metrics.
• Develop and manage budgets and forecasts for manufacturing operations.
• Prepare detailed financial reports on plant performance, KPIs, and cost drivers.
• Conduct capital expenditure analysis for new equipment and facility upgrades.
• Support inventory valuation, obsolescence analysis, and working capital management.
• Identify and recommend cost reduction opportunities and process improvements within manufacturing.
• Partner with operations leadership to provide financial insights and decision support.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing cost accounting principles and inventory valuation.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
• Ability to analyze production variances and their impact on financial performance.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with manufacturing ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Infor) or MES platforms.
• Advanced knowledge of cost accounting principles specific to manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
