Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on manufacturing machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical malfunctions in production systems.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing industrial machinery, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Proven experience in a manufacturing or industrial maintenance environment.
• Technical diploma or certification in industrial maintenance, mechanics, or a related field.
• Strong adherence to safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and service manuals.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with PLC diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Welding certification (MIG, TIG, Stick).
• Proficiency in CMMS software utilization.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles (e.g., 5S, Kaizen).
• Experience maintaining robotic systems.
