Responsibilities

• Provide thorough preventative maintenance on all child and adult patients. Preventative maintenance, including prophylaxis, radiographs, complete oral exams, fluoride treatments, and pit and fissure sealants. Provides complete oral hygiene preventative instructions, including periodontal care.
• Clinic is open Mon 7a-7p, Tues/Wed/Thurs 7a - 5:30p, Fri 7a - 2p
• Hygienists have a 4-day work week, 32-35 hours per week
• 9 Patients Per Day
• Apply sealants and fluorides to help protect teeth
• Remove tartar, stains, and plaque from teeth
• Assess patients' oral health and report findings to dentists
• Digital X-Rays

Requirements

• New graduates welcome
• Clear and active Dental Hygienist license in the state of Michigan
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
