Salary Range: $131,000 - $182,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Manage the facility's profit and loss (P&L) statement and financial performance.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve production targets and business growth.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing manufacturing team and cultivate a positive work culture.
• Ensure strict compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing principles.
• Optimize supply chain management and inventory control processes to reduce costs and improve responsiveness.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven P&L management and financial acumen in a manufacturing environment.
• Extensive experience in manufacturing operations, including lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated leadership ability in managing large teams and driving organizational performance.
• Strong strategic planning and execution skills to achieve business growth objectives.
• Solid understanding of supply chain management, quality control, and safety regulations.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Proficiency in multiple languages, particularly relevant to global operations or diverse workforces
• Demonstrated experience with Industry 4.0 initiatives or advanced automation implementation
• Experience in successful M&A integration or divestitures
