Responsibilities

• Track labor hours and manage production schedules.
• Oversee process improvement initiatives.
• Manage personnel attendance, productivity, and maintain a positive workplace culture.

Essential Skills

• 5+ years of experience managing a machining operation.
• 5+ years of experience in machining and working with GD&T.
• Experience in medical, defense, or prototype work environments.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in CNC, production planning/scheduling, and operations management.

Work Environment

The company operates two shifts: 5:30 am to 4:00 pm and 4:00 pm to 2:00 am. The Machining Manager will work during the day hours. The work environment fosters innovation and teamwork, utilizing advanced machining technologies to deliver exceptional results.

This is a Permanent position based out of Fenton, MI.

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $100000.00/yr.

401k profit sharing PTO

This is a fully onsite position in Fenton,MI.

This position is anticipated to close on Apr 3, 2026.
