Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for production, technical, and administrative roles.
• Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with labor laws and company objectives.
• Administer compensation, benefits, and performance management systems tailored to the manufacturing environment.
• Drive workplace safety initiatives and ensure a compliant and safe working environment in collaboration with operations.
• Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills, productivity, and career growth.
• Conduct workforce planning and succession planning to meet operational demands and future growth.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Generalist in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of labor relations, employee relations, and performance management in an industrial setting.
• Demonstrated ability to manage talent acquisition, development, and retention for skilled trades and production roles.
• In-depth knowledge of HR compliance, including OSHA regulations and safety protocols relevant to manufacturing.
• Proficiency with HRIS and leveraging HR data to drive operational efficiencies and strategic decision-making.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
• Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish) to support a diverse workforce.
• Demonstrated success in HRIS implementation or optimization projects.
• Experience with developing or managing apprenticeship and skilled trades training programs.
