Wyoming Child & Family Development, Inc. Torrington Learning Center is now scheduling interviews for an Instructional Aide.? This position starts at 20 hours per week, with possible additional hours based on needs. It is guaranteed through the end of the school year (May) and will be reviewed for continuation. Job Summary
In this role, you will assist the classroom teacher in providing an individualized, developmentally appropriate early childhood education program for children in a one-on-one setting. To assist in and guide the overall goal of social competence and school readiness for each child. This position also promotes access to general or special education, supports student safety and health, assists with behavior and engagement, and helps move the student toward greater independence rather than long-term dependency. This position will begin at 20 hours per week, with the potential for increased hours based on classroom or child needs.
