What You’ll Do

• Prospect homeowners in assigned neighborhoods and territories

• Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing and community outreach

• Conduct roof inspections and identify customer needs

• Build trust and guide customers through the sales process

• Handle objections and confidently close deals

• Manage follow-up communication and customer relationships

• Coordinate with operations and project teams to ensure smooth project completion

• Track pipeline activity and sales performance within CRM systems

• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals

What We’re Looking For

• Previous D2D, roofing, construction, solar, or home improvement sales experience is a plus, but not required

• Previous roofing experience is preferred but not required - full training is provided
