Our client is a Detroit based hotel/restaurant/hospitality organization. We are searching for a Food & Beverage Operations Director to oversee staff training and service procedures for multiple full service and fast casual restaurants, and beverage outlets. Candidate must enjoy working evening and weekends. $80,000-95,000 and excellent benefit package.
