We're hiring an adept Office & Accounting Administrator to anchor our daily operations. This is a crucial hybrid position that balances the precision of accounting with the human touch of recruitment coordination. You'll be at the heart of our administrative and financial efficiency, ensuring our books are balanced and our team continues to grow with exceptional talent. Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee daily accounting transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

* Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.

* Assist with budget tracking and financial reporting support.

* Lead initial outreach and scheduling for all recruitment activities.

* Manage candidate communications and ensure a seamless application experience.

* Support new employee onboarding, including paperwork and system setup.

* Maintain confidential financial and HR records with utmost integrity.

* Coordinate general office administration, supplies, and vendor relations.

Recommended Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

* 2-4 years of experience in an administrative, accounting, or office management role.

* Demonstrated proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.

* Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.

* Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time management capabilities.

* Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience managing recruitment processes from sourcing to initial onboarding.

* Familiarity with small business accounting practices.

* Prior experience in a standalone or hybrid accounting/admin/HR role.

* Desire to learn and grow within both financial and human resources disciplines.
