Electrical Journeyman/Site Lead/Apprentice

Now Hiring: Licensed Electrician –Commercial Site Leads

Swanson Electrical Services Inc. (SESI) is actively seeking a Licensed Electrician with a strong background in Commercial / industrial electrical work. This is a leadership-level opportunity for a skilled professional who is confident managing job sites and working directly with clients.

Position Overview

We are looking for someone who can:

• Lead electrical projects from start to finish as the on-site project lead
• Lead Commercial / Industrial projects including layout, installation & crew management
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and project managers
• Represent SESI with professionalism and pride in workmanship

Minimum Requirements

• Valid Michigan Journeyman or Master Electrical License
• Minimum 3–5 years of Site Lead experience
• Strong knowledge of NEC and applicable codes
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to read blueprints and manage job documentation
• Leadership experience is a strong plus
