Landscape & Property Maintenance Lead

MGM Properties (the property management division of the McDonald Auto Group) is seeking a dependable, skilled, and motivated Landscape & Property Maintenance Professional who takes pride in delivering high-quality work with efficiency and professionalism. This role reports to a manager but requires the ability to work independently or together with small teams, depending on the project or task at hand. Key Responsibilities: * Perform landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, pruning, edging, mulching, and seasonal clean-up at multiple locations

• Assist with small-scale nursery production, e.g. trees, shrubs, evergreens

Maintain clean, safe, and well-kept outdoor areas across multiple properties * Assist with basic property maintenance, including minor plumbing, electrical, and structural repairs * Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.) * Perform basic mechanical tasks such as oil changes, blade sharpening, and small engine maintenance * Identify and troubleshoot minor mechanical or property-related issues * Ensure proper care, storage, and upkeep of tools, equipment, and work areas * Collaborate with other team members or work independently based on task requirements * Communicate clearly with management and follow through on assigned projects * Follow safety procedures and uphold high standards of professionalism at all times You Are: * Experienced in landscaping or property maintenance (or willing to learn quickly) * Reliable, punctual, and able to work efficiently without constant oversight * Positive, with a can-do attitude and a willingness to take on challenges * Professional in demeanor and focused on delivering high-quality results * A problem-solver with strong attention to detail * A licensed driver with reliable transportation * Physically capable of performing hands-on outdoor work in all weather conditions We Offer: * Year-round, consistent work with a growing company * Respectful, drama-free work culture * Clear structure with support from leadership, but freedom to do your job well * Competitive compensation based on experience and performance * Opportunities for growth and added responsibility Send a brief message including your name, contact info, and a few lines about your experience.
