Job Title: Senior Architectural Designer
Location: Grand Rapids, MI (On-site, Hybrid flexibility on Fridays)
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Architectural Designer with a strong design background and the ability to lead projects from concept through design development. This role is ideal for a creative professional who excels in visual communication, client interaction, and delivering compelling design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design across multiple phases (concept, schematic design, design development)

• Develop creative design concepts aligned with client goals

• Prepare high-quality presentations, graphics, and visual materials

• Lead and participate in client meetings and presentations

• Translate design concepts into coordinated drawings and documentation

• Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants

• Ensure design intent is maintained throughout project phases

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture

• 10+ years of architectural design experience

• Strong portfolio demonstrating design excellence (required)

• Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite

• Experience leading design efforts and client presentations

Preferred Qualifications

• Architectural license preferred

• Experience in residential, education, workplace, or healthcare projects
