Salary Range: $91,000 - $138,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness in manufacturing.
• Manage all aspects of procurement, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and vendor relationship management.
• Oversee inventory planning and control to minimize holding costs while ensuring material availability for production.
• Direct inbound and outbound logistics, warehousing, and transportation operations.
• Collaborate with production planning and operations to ensure seamless material flow and on-time delivery.
• Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement across the supply chain.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including supplier reliability, lead times, and geopolitical factors.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced planning tools.
• Demonstrated expertise in inventory management, logistics, and supplier relationship management.
• Proven ability to drive process improvements and cost-reduction initiatives.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean/Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Proficiency with advanced data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Experience implementing or optimizing Supply Chain Planning (SCP) software solutions
• Knowledge of sustainable supply chain practices and ESG reporting
