What Youll Do:

• Develop and optimize Zeiss Calypso programs for complex machined and forged parts

• Drive first-article, in-process, and final inspection routines across multiple lines

• Interpret GD&T-heavy prints with theoretical and non-standard datums

• Perform advanced dimensional analysis and troubleshooting

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure measurement strategies align with production and engineering goals

• Mentor junior CMM users and support triage-level troubleshooting with OEM partners

What Youll Need:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience programming with Zeiss Calypso software

• Deep familiarity with CMM inspection of forged and/or machined components

• Ability to navigate and interpret complex GD&T, including theoretical dimensions

• Experience managing multiple inspection routines and adapting programs for part revisions

• Solid understanding of shop floor inspection workflows and manufacturing processes

Whats Preferred:

• Background in aerospace or medical device environments

• Exposure to tooling or die inspection

• Comfort supporting a high-volume, high-complexity CMM lab

• Experience coordinating with quality engineering or CNC teams for measurement strategies
