This is not a desk job — this is for people who want to get paid based on performance.

Raebelle Exteriors is a fast-growing, family-owned exterior company specializing in roofing, windows, and gutters. We’re expanding rapidly and building a strong local presence.

What You Can Earn:

• $17/hour base pay
• $50 per appointment set
• 1% commission on closed deals
• Average project: $20,000–$25,000
• Each deal you generate = ~$200–$300+

Strong reps consistently earn $1,000–$1,800+/week

What You’ll Do:

• Knock doors in targeted neighborhoods
• Speak with homeowners
• Set appointments for our sales team
• Work assigned territories with team support

This Job Is NOT for Everyone:

• You will knock doors every day
• You will hear “no” often
• You must stay consistent

You’ll Succeed If You:

• Are competitive (sports, sales, or hustler mindset)
• Are comfortable talking to people

• Can handle rejection and stay motivated

Schedule:

• Full-Time: ~30 hours/week
• Part-Time: 15–20 hours/week
• Afternoons, evenings, and optional Saturdays

Training:

• 1 day in-office training
• 2 days in the field
• Scripts + systems provided

Next training class begins April 13th (limited spots)

Requirements (Non-Negotiable):

• Valid driver’s license
• Must pass a background check
• Reliable and punctual
• Physically able to walk neighborhoods for extended periods
• Positive attitude and coachable
