Job Description This position will be working directly with the sales team of this organization, and will provide financial support to a group of sales account managers and customer base. They will be responsible for creating and verifying invoices for their customers . Following up on invoices to get proper financial data and set up payment information. They are involved in creating the PO's for customers, going into customer portals to verify pricing, and invoice information,. They will provide a lot of support to the sales staff and engineers when it comes to entering in pricing and payment information into their system. They are consistently interacting with the Sales team, engineers and the customers. This will involve using SAP, to look up pricing questions, checking the BOL and doing a three way match with the the various sources making sure the amount the customer is being charged is correct. They will also help track the amount of payments that have been received by their customer base and what is left outstanding. They will be interacting with their customer base through email and through phone at times about invoicing issues whether it is in regards to pricing or quantity..etc. They will also work internally to problem solve these issues which will involve internal communication with the internal sales and engineering team. There will be a consistent 3 way matching process this person does to ensure accuracy with their customers; checking the Sales order, with the BOL and the data in SAP.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Must Have: 1+ year of recent sales administration, invoicing, strong Excel, purchase orders Associates Degree Nice to Have: SAP/ERP knowledge Bachelor's Degree Experience in Excel is required. Any experience with SAP is a huge plus. ERP system experience overall is highly preferred.

This is a Contract position based out of Farmington Hills, MI.

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $31.00/hr.

This is a hybrid position in Farmington Hills,MI.
