Salary Range: $75,000 - $114,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.
• Design, evaluate, and procure tooling, fixtures, and equipment to support production.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for production line issues and equipment failures.
• Lead new product introduction (NPI) activities, ensuring manufacturability and smooth transitions.
• Create and maintain detailed manufacturing documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and process flowcharts.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean manufacturing principles.
• Analyze production data to identify root causes of defects, inefficiencies, and implement corrective actions.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role within a production environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Lean Manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and continuous improvement tools.
• Experience with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for tooling, fixture design, and process layout.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis.
• Knowledge of various manufacturing processes, materials, and equipment.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Experience with advanced simulation software (e.g., Arena, FlexSim, SolidWorks Simulation)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Python, R, Minitab)
