Electrical Technician/Panel Builder

• Location: Auburn Hills, MI
• Schedule: Onsite - 1st shift: 6:00am-2:30pm (OT - 4:30) 2nd Shift: 2:00pm-10:30pm (OT - 12:30am)
• Type: Full Time (Contract with opportunity to go direct)

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Test Technicians will test mechanical, electrical, application and safety attributes of paint automation
• to meet Manufacturing Test plans, standards and Engineering Specifications/Guidelines
• Manufacturing Productivity – Daily technicians must know work schedule and meet the schedule
• requirements.
• Process– Access control plans, quality documents, understand specifications and guidelines
• Quality Inspection -. Ensure product and workmanship meets FAC standards. Verify assembly and
• test results data is complete and within defined ranges as needed.
• Care of Tooling/Equipment: Proper care and use of FAC tools and compliance with Tool
• Management Procedure
• Housekeeping: Use a 5-S approach to organizing your work area with team.
• Safety Compliance: Know and work to FANUC Basic Safety Training and Procedures (including
• but no limited to HAZ MAT, LOCKOUT, TAGOUT, robot safety, risk assessments and proper PPE).
• ERP System: Complete work orders and all related work order tasks
