Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Serve food and beverages to guests promptly, ensuring excellent service and guest satisfaction.
• Set up, complete side work, and perform closing duties as assigned.
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant, removing debris before, during, and after shifts.
• Be knowledgeable about the menu, daily specials, and preparation methods to answer guest inquiries.
• Use suggestive selling techniques to enhance the dining experience and increase check averages.
• Ensure food quality and presentation meet standards before delivering orders to guests.
• Confirm guest satisfaction within the first few bites of their meal.
• Present accurate guest checks free of errors in a timely manner.
• Adhere to cash handling procedures and complete end-of-shift paperwork.
• Transport supplies between ranch venues using ranch vehicles or rangers.
• Engage in friendly conversation to build personal connections with guests.
• Promote a safe, friendly work environment and foster teamwork.

What You'll Bring

• Strong multitasking and organizational skills in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• A valid driver's license and ability to operate ranch vehicles.
• Previous restaurant, bar, or customer service experience preferred but not required.
