Role Overview:

As an In-Home Salesperson specializing in exterior home remodeling, you'll be joining a company with a 34-year history of excellence. You'll present premium offerings such as James Hardie siding, Pella windows, GAF roofing, and complete exterior remodeling services. With a 4.8 rating derived from thousands of reviews, you'll leverage provided leads to exceed sales targets and contribute to our continued success. With a full-time production department in place, this role is purely focused on sales, supported by a complete office staff and a company-provided laptop and iPad to ensure your success.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize our unparalleled reputation and extensive lead network to engage in consultative selling, fostering strong customer relationships.
  • Conduct thorough consultations with homeowners, utilizing our leads, to deeply understand their aspirations, needs, and vision for exterior remodeling projects.
  • Utilize the JMC sales presentation to deliver compelling presentations that showcase the benefits of our premium offerings.
  • Leverage the JMC project proposal template to create precise estimates and personalized proposals, ensuring alignment with homeowners' visions.
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of product features, benefits, and technical details, addressing customer inquiries confidently.
  • Cultivate enduring customer relationships rooted in trust and rapport, encouraging repeat business and valuable referrals.
  • Maintain meticulous records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress using our advanced CRM software.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and pricing dynamics to position our solutions competitively.
  • Participate actively in industry events, trade shows, and training opportunities to enhance your product knowledge and sales skills.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated track record of commission-based sales success.
  • Ability to develop a strong understanding of exterior home remodeling concepts and strong familiarity with James Hardie siding, Pella windows, GAF roofing, or related products.
  • Proficiency with technology, including Microsoft Office suite.
  • Must enjoy working with homeowners on designing custom solutions to fit their needs.
  • Proficiency in CRM software to efficiently track leads, manage interactions, and monitor sales progression.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to engage with homeowners effectively and present solutions confidently.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and adept at working independently to consistently exceed sales objectives.
  • Ability to ask for yes or no, utilizing your closing skills to finalize deals and achieve results.
  • Ability and willingness to access roofs and attics of residential building to assess conditions.
  • Organized with basic computer skills to efficiently manage leads and sales documentation.
  • Strong desire to achieve a six-figure income through your sales efforts.
  • Closing experience that demonstrates your ability to successfully finalize sales transactions.
  • Reliable transportation, with the availability of a vehicle for top producers.
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites, events, and meetings as needed, including some nights and weekends.
  • Must live within five miles of the Troy/Rochester area.

Compensation:

This position offers a competitive commission-based compensation structure, backed by provided leads, eliminating the need for cold calling. All current sales representatives earn between $100,000-$250,000 per year. Your earning potential is unlimited, directly linked to your sales achievements.
