Salary Range: $58,000 - $85,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to meet output, quality, and delivery targets.
• Manage, train, and schedule production staff, including performance evaluations and conflict resolution.

• Monitor production processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Troubleshoot production issues, equipment malfunctions, and material flow problems promptly.
• Maintain accurate production records and generate reports on performance metrics.
• Coordinate with other departments (e.g., maintenance, quality, logistics) to ensure smooth operations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory or team lead role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality control principles.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a production team.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification.
• Proficiency with specific manufacturing ERP/MES systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Plex).
• Bilingual proficiency, particularly in Spanish.
