Salary Range: $143,000 - $194,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and manage all plant operations, ensuring optimal production, quality, and efficiency.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve production targets and business objectives.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage the plant budget, optimize costs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the plant team, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Oversee maintenance activities to ensure reliability and uptime of equipment.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven leadership and management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated success in operational excellence methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Strong P&L management and financial acumen, including budget development and control.
• Expertise in maintaining and improving safety, quality, and regulatory compliance standards.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic production plans to achieve business goals.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Proficiency in a second language relevant to the workforce or global operations
• Demonstrated experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., IoT, AI, advanced robotics)
• Proven track record in successful capital project management and commissioning
